Step 4 - Decision to Move Forward
If you have made the decision to move forward with one or several products a conference call with all interested parties is scheduled. The purpose of the call is to better understand expectations and goals, including:

Training and Support
State by state roll out plan and timing
Points of contact & relationship managers
Regular communication scheduled (particularly during roll out)
