Hand-built drip towers theatrically infuse spirits and syrups for unique bar programs and events.

Elixir ingredients: Hibiscus and rose flowers, fresh pressed lemon, touch of sugar and Fid Street Gin.
The elixir was then shaken with ice, a squeeze of lemon and a touch of sugar to create a balanced cocktail.
The drip towers infuse over a long period of time, so speed batching large portions on the side prior to an event, and using the drip tower for display or presentation purposes only, is recommended. It can take 8 hours to infuse a full pot, at about one drip per second.
Vodka: lemon, blueberries, ginger, lemongrass or cucumber
Gin: blackberries, strawberries, rose or mint
Tequila: watermelon, grapefruit or chilis
Rum: coconut, banana, tropical fruit, lime
Bourbon: oranges, apples, cinnamon, cherries, figs or plums
